This one-season wonder may have been a “McHale’s Navy” spinoff. This was the series that made Dick Sargent unavailable for initially playing Darrin on “Bewitched”.

I have never seen Broadside or even heard about it until now, but am very glad Broadside existed. Otherwise Bewitched wouldn't have been nearly the long running classic it was, yes Bewitched had three years at the end with Dick Sargent but most would agree the Dick York years are far superior.
