I would like to thank Charles from the bottom of my heart for his work with restoring this series. He went through various sources and hours of material in order to restore these episodes to their original broadcast lengths when possible. That was far from an easy task so I appreciate all of his efforts.
I also appeciate Antenna TV for airing this series uncut even though it was sped up for commercial time. Charles was able bring these episodes back to their original speeds, bringing several episodes to 23 and 24 minutes in length. Another bonus is that he recreated several opening and closing credits from scratch because Antenna TV crunches all of their shows at the moment. The ending credits for seasons 5 and 6 are mindblowing because you would never know that they were recreated unless you were told beforehand. Once again, I want to thank Charles for giving this series the treatment it deserves. Your efforts were not wasted and all fans of classic TV and this show would agree with me. His entire library of restored episodes are on Dailymotion under the name ClassicTVChazz, the same name of the YouTube account that had episodes of the series years ago. Him and Edster73 were the place to go for everything The Hogan Family back in the good days of YouTube. Go check out his Dailymotion page if you have not already. I guarantee that you'll be thoroughly impressed. He also made a stellar DVD set of the show as well. It truly compares to the DVD sets that one would buy from a retail store. The menus are perfectly created with images from the series and contain chapter stops for commercial breaks. All the way through, Charles did an amazing job and it should not go unnoticed. You're the best! |

Hear Hear! Yes, it was an amazing and extremely well done project. The editing was perfect and it was a nice touch to see the promos and bumpers included. This was my favorite MB sitcom. Far too often we have to wait decades for shows to be aired again if at all, as this was the case with the HF. I had not seen this since the PAX days! I am so happy to be able to enjoy these for years to come! I watched the HF when it first came on AT, and now I am enjoying all of the episodes again! Thank you, Thank you again!

Thanks for this, I watched the episodes when they were on Youtube before the were taken down. I'm glad they are viewable somewhere.
