This isn't as bad as it used to be at least. We don't actually have our Thanksgiving dinner until tomorrow to have the entire family here so I'm used to going out Thanksgiving day and it's never TOO bad here outside of most stores gearing up for Black Friday.

If it's anything like last night I would probably not even do it.

I went into the grocery store about 6 yesterday to buy a bunch of energy drinks for my team at work, and I literally was there for like an hour and a half trying to check out.

I feel like it's a yearly tradition for me to NOT do that, stay up late, and then be tired in the morning when I finally make it on like an hour late

I would always do that, get up at 5, leave here at 9, we'd be eating about right now, then I'd come home, take a nap and put up Christmas stuff when I woke up.

This year we're doing this later, eating slightly later, I probably won't need a nap, and my Christmas stuff has been up for two weeks.

Nope, Denny's nearby. Supposed to rain so not venturing too far from the house. Unfortunately, there's no NORM's up here so it's been forever since I've actually eaten there. I think actually since Easter like two years ago.

I have no idea if I'll be able to finish the whole meal but I'm definitely giving it my all, no way I'm missing out on turkey Thanksgiving day.
