When Beaver gets his head stuck in the fence, Wally suggests Ward sue the city.

When June worries Beaver will get hurt tumbling, Wally says Ward can sue the school if he's injured.

Any other things Wally says like this?

Good point. When Wally says Mr. Nelson might take some of the guys to Mexico for the summer he says all they would have to do is sign this thing that says if you get hurt or killed it’s okay.

I think he did become a lawyer in "The New Leave it to Beaver". Good call!
