I'm with you on this one. 10 years and counting. I don't get this show. Another typical cop show.

I totally agree!! I think this show is a big yawn, but my Sister and her Husband LOVE Blue Bloods, so I have been forced to watch it when I go back east to visit them!

Most popular shows I can see the appeal in, even if I think they're bad. Not these:

CSI (and spinoffs)
NCIS (and spinoffs)
Criminal Minds
Hawaii Five-O (current series)
The Walking Dead (There are literally whole seasons where every episode is boring)
The Big Bang Theory
Mystery Science Theater 3000

Fran: And nothing happened to you, right?
Niles: That's right, absolutely nothing. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have to go wash other peoples' underwear.

She wasn't offended that I didn't like the show. She was just shocked that someone didn't like it. I found her reaction so funny, because it was typical of most Breaking Bad fanatics. They all thought that the show was so brilliant that it was impossible for anyone to think it was nothing special.

I have never seen Breaking Bad, no plans on it either. I highly doubt I would like a show about a meth addict.

Right on the money-- another reason why I've strongly disliked it; it'll never enter my DVD collection, that's for dadgum certain!

I almost forgot about "Younger" which is also raunchy, disgusting and skank-o-rific.

Walter White's not an addict, he's a manufacturer/dealer.

There's a whole lot more to the show than just drugs. How can one judge something w/o having seen it?

Plus, if it hadn't been for the breakout character of Steve Urkel, it would've never lasted as long as it did.
Urkel chasing after Laura was the reason a lot of people tuned in as well. Kellie Williams was the ONLY female to last throughout ALL 9 seasons.

I do have issues with Law and Order SVU, as well done as it is, it should deal with more stories of female-on-male rape and/or abuse stories.
