Default Looking for a crime show crime show episode, can you help?

Friends, I'm looking for a crime show episode however I can't remember the series name and my recollection of the facts are vague. The series was NOT on Netflix or any major network (ABC, NBC, CBS). Also, I don't think it was on the ID cable network either. The episode involved the murder of a young woman with a cute Southern (U.S.) accent who narrated that she would be killed. In the narration I recollect her saying that she loved the man who was about to kill her. The episode aired in the last couple years. To the best of my memory, it was the debut episode of the series. The murderer turned out to be an FBI agent or someone who worked in another government agency and was not a suspect until the very end. Does it sound familiar? I though it might have been an episode on Three Days to Live on the Oxygen Network, but none of the episode synopses seem to match. Thanks very much to anyone who responds to this post.

Thanks very much for the reply, but that's not the episode. The victim narrates the show in an adorable Southern accent and the murderer was never even a suspect until the very end of the episode.

The victims narrating the episodes sounds like the tv series 'I was murdered'
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2873252/?ref_=ttep_ep_tt not sure which episode though.

Thank-you very much for the reply. Yes, I think that could be it, but I too was unable to locate the episode in question. I guess the only way I'll know is to subscribe to ID and browse the shows. Again, I appreciate your reply very much.

Lightbulb Bingo

The show is called Betrayed. It's an ID show where the victims narrate the stories of their murders. You're right, it's the series premiere show. I'm glad you mentioned that. I remembered the episode, and that made it very easy to narrow down when it aired.

I just watched it again on On Demand. It's a very sad case of an FBI informant who has an affair with the married FBI agent who she's working for with a tragic outcome.

She gets pregnant. He flips and kills her. He confesses a year later and leads investigators to her body. He cuts a deal and gets 16 years in a federal prison, yet only serves ten.

That's it! Thanks so much Janice. I forgot to mention that it was the premier episode of a new series or season. Have a great day!

I'm glad I could oblige. Actually, you did mention it was the premiere episode in your first post.

I have seen Betrayed. The show has piqued my interest, and I consider it a cross between I Was Murdered (aka Stolen Voices: Buried Secrets) and Unusual Suspects.
