Was this show that bad to have them cancel it after 39 episodes ?

The first season was really good and well written. Quick moving comedy, and a fantastic quirky look at corporate america.

The second season they replaced half the cast for some reason and it went downhill very, very quickly. Just night and day as far as the quality.
