Name a sitcom NOT set in America - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I'm watching Café Americain right now and started thinking about sitcoms not set in the USA. Successful or short lived, famous or obscure, doesn't matter.

I'm thinking mainly American made and produced shows, but any sitcoms are welcome as answers.

I'll start with those two ME-TV staples, MASH and Hogan's Heroes.

The Love Boat - Took place in the ocean (if that counts)
Dinosaurs - Set in Pangaea (long before the USA)

Good call on The Flintstones. Did The Jetsons ever say anything about being set in the US? Or is it possible it was set in some post-apocalyptic future after the fall of the US?
