Think of a guest star(s) you would have loved to see on Hazel. And please include a BRIEF story line to go with it.
I’ll start: With Arnold Palmer. George has to do a Golf Fundraiser for the local children’s hospital and he reaches out to every pro golfer he can think of. Arnold & his wife Winnie graciously offer to be key guests. Hazel is in charge of the cooking and shares a favorite recipe with Mrs. Palmer, while Arnold gives the men a couple of pointers, and can be seen turning on the charm and signing MANY autographs. (Actually this last part wouldn't require any acting on Mr. Palmer’s part as he was notoriously nice and appreciative towards his fans. (The Tony Lema Episode inspired this “wish”) |

With Beverly Garland
Missy's new client Julie is a newly-widowed single woman, working as a hairstylist to support herself and her children. Hazel has heard that she is talented, so she encourages Julie to open a salon of her own. But when the city council denies a routine zoning variance for the new shop, George gets involved. Does Missy feel uncomfortable with George on the case, spending time with a lovely nubile woman? |

Whitney Blake's real-life daughter, Meredith Baxter, would have been a good guest star.
