Hey, everyone and I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are pretty good here. I just fixed my satellite after being with out it for a week so that's good, thought I would start doing an a to z of my favorite animals and, in at the letter A is Alligators, they aren't the prettiest or the nicest, but they are one of the toughest, there are two different types the American Alligator and, the Chinese alligator, the American Alligator is way bigger getting up to about 15 feet in length and, weighing up too 1000 pounds, there is also a lot of them, over a million just in Florida and, Lousianna alone, one part of good news though is they aren't really as aggressive to humans as crocodiles and, mostly only attack out of defense.
Some other interesting notes is they can run very fast in short burst over 20 mph and, they can live around 80 to 100 years, for food they mostly eat fish, turtles and, small creatures, but have taken even bear's, dogs or cats. Do you like Alligators? Alright well have a great day and, prayers going out to everyone I love keep them happy healthy and safe in Jesus name amen. One last note Gators have been around for 37 million years. |

Hey, everyone and I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are pretty good here. I'm back with the letter B in my favorite animals by the letter series and, in at the letter B is Bears. There are 8 different types and, I love them all from the biggest the Polar Bear, who can get up to 10 feet high and, weigh close to 2000 pounds, all the way down to the Sun Bear, who is the smallest and doesn't get bigger than about 4 foot 150 pounds, but they are no less tough I saw one fight off a huge hungry Tiger protecting it's cub.
In addition to being great Mothers and, extremely powerful, they are fast runners, they can climb trees and, are excellent swimmers, especially the Polar Bear who can swim miles in the ocean, just to find a piece of ice to hunt at and, it gets harder for them everyday, with global warming, my favorite the Grizzly though is a great swimmer too and, I have seen video of a mom diving under water and, catching fish for her cubs, that's bear's favorite food, fish and, honey. Well unless it's the Panda they like Bamboo. Another interesting note is the biggest bear to ever live was the extinct American short faced bear who could get over 11 feet and weigh like 4 thousand pounds. Alright well have a great night and prayers going out to everyone I love keep them happy healthy and safe in Jesus name amen. Do you like Bears? What is your favorite kind? Photo is from pixabay free images. It's a Grizzly. |

Bears are beautiful animals, I really like the brown bear. Too bad you can't hug them. Beautiful, but dangerous if disturbed.

Me too and yes I wouldn't advice trying to hug them unless it's a cub lol. But they do look hugable.

Hey, everyone and I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are pretty good. I'm back with the letter C in my favorite animals by the letter series and, it's none other than one of my favorite animals of all, it's the regular house cat. I have had many of them through the years and, usually they are black and, named Smokey. But now I have Smokey's son Ghost he kind of looks like a Siamese or something like that and, the family cat Marley, who looks like the cat in the picture above.
Anyway they are amazing animals, very intelligent, loyal and great friends. Cats are also great hunters, fast and can climb and, jump high too. Do you like Cats? Alright well have a great night and prayers going out to everyone I love keep them happy healthy and safe in Jesus name amen and for lion and, tiger fans. I will write about them under L and T. Hey, everyone and, i hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are pretty good here. I am back with the letter D in my favorite animals by the letter series and to no surprise it's dogs. I have always had dogs my whole life pretty much and, they are the most loyal best friends you can have, a dog will always love you best and be there when you need him or her.
The first dogs I remember being really close too and grew up with were a German Shepherd named Clipper and, a Chihuahua named Pluto, who lived I think 21 years, he was a great dog. Very protective and loyal, beat up dogs way bigger than him, thought he was the toughest dog in the world and fast too, but also just loved to be petted and play or eat Tillamook cheese that was his favorite and, Clipper was awesome too. Then Peanut he was the last Chihuahua we had, he lived a long time too. I think 15 or 16 years, he was the one I went and found in the woods, then he passed away just a day or two later, one of the saddest days in my life was burying him. Now I have Rooger a black Labrador, he's about 4 years old or something like that now very friendly and loves everyone. What is your favorite kind of dog? |
