You're right. Rita's last name is listed as "Walter" in the booklet included with season 1's DVDs. Other internet sources list her last name as "McLaughlin."

How do we find out what her real name is?

FWIW, both IMDB and Wikipedia say that Walter is her married name. I wonder if she would be interested in doing an interview for Season Two's DVD release (assuming there is one

I put it all together in photoshop and added the arrows. I did more than that. I took out interlace distortion on the photos when needed and upped the contrast.

I think I found the audio equivalent to The Back of Patty/Cathy's Head.

In the episode Let 'Em Eat Cake, right after you hear the dubbed in voice of Cathy say "separate the yolks" it sounds like you can hear the actual audio of Rita saying the word "yolks." Either that or I have officially lost my mind, because cousins are, indeed, two of a kind.
