Niles: Some place you'll never get near. CC: Oh - your mattress? ...indicates that CC is aware Niles "wants" her? Why would she loudly and haughtily say she'll never get near his mattress unless she thinks he wants her there? And she's trying to put him down by saying he's not good enough for that?
