I realized that the show you posted about was headlined by a Russian, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't speak English! What the hell does "anyone know how did the was used to be on in reruns of what any networks" mean?
"What a Country" ran in syndication from 1986-1987, and only 26 episodes were produced. Chances are it's been locked in a vault since '87, but it may have resurfaced on an independant station like NY's WWOR, which used to play "Fish," "E/R," and a few other short-lived sitcoms. Don't know if this answers your question or not, since your question seemed to be a series of randomly typed out words. |

It has been shown on TV LAND a few times. They don't run it as a regularly scheduled series, but occasionally show individual episodes as part of their weekend boxset series. Keep an eye on their schedule.
