Hello everyone, I've been a fan of Perfect Strangers ever since I was aroun 8 when I first saw Snow Way to Treat a Lady. I'm now 37 and still watch this show along with many others from the 80's until today. I used to record some of these episodes on vhs back when I was in school on reruns and loved them on TGIF. I've been discovering so many new facts researching this show more in depth last decade or so. I stopped watching them after it was taken off reruns around age 18. When I was 3 days from my 24rth birthday and tried to find this show anywhere for viewing on youtube or websites but they were nowhere online. Thre days later I found them on a site and I thought this must be a gift from G-d himself. He always gets me the best birthday gifts lol. Years later I found them all on youtube and eventually Warner Brothers released them on dvd. Msany years had gone by between season 1 & 2 set and nothing could be heard so I thought the show would never be released on dvd. I was so happy when season 3 was released and then they all started coming out. Bought the last 2 seasons a few weeks back and I'm reliving my childhood watching the 2 friends who influenced my upbringing so much. I see so many of my character traits in both Cousin Larry and Balki. I don't even mind that there aren't any features on these sets or that they hardly put any effort into the dvd box art or bonus features because there are so many interviews on youtube and each one gives you a little more incite to the show that I never heard before. Glad I found this site. I'll be posting often.

Welcome to Sitcomsonline.com, Cousin Jack.
I liked Perfect Strangers in the 1980's. I used to watch it with my grandparents. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, the show is rarely shown in syndication. |

Welcome! Oh wow, I haven't watched Perfect Strangers in forever but that show was pretty funny. Maybe I'll reintroduce myself!

Been a fan for years. Each year I've been doing more and more research on it. Can't believe the stuff I've found out like Louie Anderson was the first choice before Mark-lynn Baker and there was a pilot shot with him as Larry. The show was inspired by an 80's Olympics from athletes from other countries.

^^^ I still can't believe that Louie was the original Larry. I just can't see him with Bronson. I just can't.
God bless you and all three of them always!!! Holly |
