The vacant lot is where Dana Satterfield's beauty shop sat, at 4119 Hwy 221 in Roebuck, SC. The liquor store where "Shirley" came face to face with what turned out to be Jonathan Vick is just across the street.

I always thought (thougth I have nothing to confirm) one of the locales for RS's opens and closes was the Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. This is the same hotel where the video for Steve Perry's "Oh Sherrie" was filmed, if that helps.

I'm surprised over all the years that this thread has existed, that this was one location that none of us ever thought to pin down.

Also, This sorta creepy link lists a Doreen Marfeo, age 60, with a previous address of 1007 Hartford Ave, in Johnston, RI.

Edit: So apparently the images from Photobucket are available to view again. I'm not sure how long this is going to last but in the meantime, this thread is no longer useless.

Stanley Gryziec's home/gas station next door. As you can see, it has changed quite a bit...they covered up a door that was on the front as well.

My husband and I found this house on our honeymoon while we traveled through Rome. I can't find the pic but it looked the same in 2013.

This was Gail Delano's house in Westport Island, Maine. It was sold in 2014. The actual house was used in the segment. One image shows the hallway that one of her sons walked down (past the kitchen) calling for his mom. Such a sad segment and I hope that her children are doing well.

My girlfriend and I are in Cambria for her job, so I struck out this morning to find where Hugh Harlin’s truck was found abandoned. It was only a 2 minute drive from the hotel. His truck was located on the northbound side of 101 just a half mile from the main drag of town. Ironically, since the filming of the segment, there has been a call box installed a few feet from where his keys were found. I may drive into Morro Bay later on to take pictures of where his wife’s body was found and where they both lived.

I could see how it took someone almost two weeks to find Dian’s body as there is a trail, but it doesn’t seem to get a lot of use despite running parallel with Morro Bay High school. I believe I read an article printed at the time of Hugh’s disappearance that stated the track coach’s wife had found Dian due to the proximity of her body to the track field.
