Default Can we see the new UM on Netflix if we don't have Netflix?

Anyone?

I think it’s pretty safe to say that if you are not a Netflix subscriber, you won’t be able to view Netflix content, especially content that is produced by Netflix themselves.

On a side note, Netflix is easily the best $12 I spend every month.

Someone will put it up somewhere, I'm fairly certain.. But I don't think you'll see links to it here.

Pay the money. That's how they finance being able to make these shows.

Normally I would but I'll NEVER forgive them for running Blockbuster out of business! It was fun and enjoyable to walk through a video store and see thousands of titles you know?

That doesn't exist like that anymore and not every title is available on streaming.

I miss video stores too. Not Blockbuster though - they never treated their customers very well, so when those started disappearing I didn't feel bad at all

That's like hating Spotify for the death of the cassette tape.

Blockbuster ruined Blockbuster by not staying competitive with the future.

What else was there?? Hollywood Video? But they didn't have nearly as many locations.

In my area we had Video Update but I'm sure that was just a local or regional chain. I actually liked that more than Blockbuster for some unique titles you couldn't find elsewhere. Many titles they had from the 70s, 80s, & 90s you STILL cannot get on streaming or DVD!

The point of Netflix making original content like this is to "gain subscribers" so, no, you won't be able to watch it anywhere else. People need to embrace change and realize this is the way the world is going now...it's much more convenient. Do I miss the days of paying $3.99 to rent a movie that may or may not be in stock, and had to physically drive to a location to rent/return? No, I don't, I didn't even like doing that back in the day. Also, if it wasn't Netflix, it would have been someone else that took charge of the online DVD Rental/Streaming first. So, it's the evolutionary eventuality of any industry having to do with physical media.

Blockbuster ran Blockbuster out of business.

Did you know Blockbuster was offered the chance to buy Netflix? $50 million in 2000, they declined.

Yes, I know and in hindsight it was a horrible decision but they weren't psychic.

Look what happened to Betamax. That was supposed to be HUGE. Then DVDs were here to stay.

If we all KNEW what the next BIG thing would be we'd all be millionaires!
