On the show 227, the character of Tiffany (Rose's daughter) also completely vanished soon after the series started, but at least she was mentioned once in a blue moon. Judy from Family Matters was totally wiped out like she never existed.

Yes. I had a theory at the time that her body was hidden under the floorboards of the Winslow house, and that's why nobody ever spoke of her. They were scared of what Urkel would do to them, if they squealed.

Nah, although that would have been cool, there were already "too many girls" at Eastland.

Well I'm sure they wanted the audience to just forget her, but I would rather think she still existed, just off camera.
