Default Who else here smokes? Even a very light smoker?

Yesterday I had ONE Winston, ONE Camel, & ONE Newport cigarette. So only three cigarettes for the ENTIRE day and I hadn't smoked in about a WEEK so it's really about 3 cigarettes a WEEK!

Am I light smoker or what??

Who else here smokes even if rarely? And what do you smoke?

I hope that is your maximum friend. It's really bad for your lungs and twenty years down the line you could be in a doctor's surgery facing a cancer diagnosis.

Come on! You're talking about CHAIN smokers. Drinking is far worse than smoking! Plus I'm an exercise FANATIC & that adds YEARS to your life!

Smoking while driving doesn't kill people like drunk driving does!

Smoking will hinder your exercise though.

I've been smoking cigars since I was about 19-20. My father's been smoking cigars most of his life and I got into them from him.

Favs. are CAO, Partagas, Rocky Patel, Camacho, Drew Estate.

From the cheaper brands I love the Black & Mild since those are pipe tobacco.

I also smoke Djarum clove cigars; I like all of them except for cherry flavored.

I also like going to hookah cafes. I tried vaping a couple of times just to try it, but didn't get into it. I've never been into cigarettes, though of the ones I've tried my fav. has to be CAMEL.

LOL...I don't smoke DURING exercise. Plus I'm such a light smoker it really makes no difference. Remember most days of the week I do NOT smoke.

Never smoked. I have no desire too (that includes mind-altering drugs).

Besides, I need healthy lungs for bicycling.

Nope! Proud to say that I quit smoking 9 years ago. I was never a light smoker either. I was up to two packs a day (Marlboro Lights). I am so glad that I gave up that nasty (and expensive) habit.

I quit smoking at the beginning of 2012. I smoked for about 13/14 years.

But don't you see how much better it is to be a light smoker? I only smoke a few cigarettes 1 or 2 days a week. A cigar on rare occasions. At 2 packs a day you smoked more in just 1 year than I have in almost 20 YEARS!

I got my lungs checked recently and my oxygen capacity is at 100% with a perfect chest X-Ray too!

If you do it just 1 or 2 days a week for an hour or less nothing will happen. I was a big time runner and ran a 5K in 21 minutes and got an award for running a 5:45 mile at age 30!!

Looney liberals will do anything to push their AGENDA! Don't fall for it!

No, he is absolutely right. You can not defend cigarettes! Even ONE cigarette is one too many. I smoke about 3 cigarettes per day and even I know it is bad for me. It is an improvement though. I used to smoke about a pack per day. I wish I didn't smoke at all. It is a HORRIBLE addiction that may cause cancer no matter how many cigarettes you smoke. I had no problem at all giving up drinking as I was never addicted to alcohol, but I admit that I am addicted to cigarettes. It is a filthy, unhealthy and expensive habit.

I say good for "Fleet" and he is not falling for any agenda. He is 100 percent correct.

There is no defense for smoking. Smoking is bad. The End.

I smoked for 23 years. (started at age 17)I quit cold turkey at age 40.The first 2 months were torture but I got through it. It took me about 2 years to stop the craving. The best thing I ever did. It is said that nicotine addiction withdrawl is almost equal to heroin addiction. I haven't had a cigarette since I quit. The thought of being a slave to cigarettes is very unappealing, especially the cost of the habit.
