Default Will you still tune into Antenna TV Saturday nights?

Tonight's the first Saturday night of the new schedule with the great classics shoved to after midnight in favor of 3 hours of Three's Company (OVERPLAYED!), Barney Miller (Good show, but it's on 5X week at 9pm already), and Soap (GAG, PUKE, UGH!).

So, to fans who enjoyed tuning into the Saturday classics for the past year, will you continue tuning in or go somewhere else now?

As for me, I bought "The Bionic Woman" complete series and the first few seasons of "The Love Boat" on DVD and will watch a couple episodes of each series every Saturday night now. (both shows I haven't seen in ages, so it will be fun to revisit them again.)

Hopefully when i'm through with them, Antenna TV will have brought my Saturday night classics back. I mean really....how much of Threes Company can one take before being sick to death of Jack Tripper?!

I prefer “Three’s Company” over “The Bionic Woman”.

I’m not really a fan of “Barney Miller”.

In my opinion, “Soap” is a show that is only good once.

Watch Svengoolie on Me-TV at 8pm. Classic Universal and Columbia movies.

I usually watch my DVDs anyway. I get MeTV but not Antenna TV.

I can't get Me-TV. I used to pull it in with my antenna, but a couple of years ago, it suddenly stopped showing and never came back.

I agree they are WAY overplaying Three's Company. Not a Barney Miller Fan.

Anyone who prefers a mind numbing sitcom over a good one hour drama is easily entertained. Sitcoms tend to dumb people down.

Plus I find most sitcoms to be boring. I'll take a good drama like "The Bionic Woman" over a mind numbing sitcom any day.

That's too bad. I would highly recommend Svengoolie if you could watch it.

Back around 2012 or so I watched Svengoolie every Saturday night. I worked overnight shifts back then and didn't have to be at work till midnight, so i'd watch that before leaving for work. Loved it until I couldn't get the channel anymore.

To be fair, this site isn't just dedicated to sitcoms. It also includes one hour drama shows and soap operas too. And while there are many intelligent sitcoms out there (none made today), I do agree that Bionic Woman is preferred over a mind numbing sitcom like Three's Company.

Definitely not in the 9PM hour. I watched Jack Benny most weeks there, Soap is a very poor downgrade.

Jack Benny deserves more than one episode in primetime, he should get a full hour too. I liked the 2016 New Year's Eve marathon where it was all Benny and not split up with Burns and Allen like previous years.
