I had left Season 6 in my cart on Deep Discount and they just sent me a $5 off coupon to use with the purchase so the DVD would come out to $21 plus tax...which would be $23 another $3 savings since they charge shipping since its under $25 dollars.....

Don’t get me wrong, I’m so very thankful for Warner Archive releasing all these great sitcoms but they are getting really expensive. I’ll be glad when they wrap up the shows I want.

I still want/need:
Perfect Strangers (6, 7/8)
Step by Step: (4-7)
Alice: 9
Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper (2-5 if and when they start this series again)
I read on WAC's Facebook page that they said that Season 2 of Hangin' with Mr. Cooper was "in the works." Hopefully that means it'll continue. I'm personally wanting them to start Head of the Class, The Hogan Family, and It's a Living on DVD.

When was that said?

I was finally able to purchase it via WB shop. They had free shipping. That's almost a $6 savings.

My only concern for season six is that it includes the song "I Love L.A." by Randy Newman in the episode "The Men Who Knew Too Much." I'm fairly confident it will be included because Warner Bros. has been pretty good about keeping in all the music but I'm just a worry wart when it comes to music being kept in TV episodes on DVD.

My concern after that will be the series finale having Nat King Cole's "Unforgettable" as part of the musical montage in the end.

I’ll have to wait and buy season 6 next month but I’m looking forward to seeing these episodes. I really hope the next release includes both seasons 7 & 8.

Mines on the way. I'm looking forward to seeing "The Ring" again, amongst others of course.
I'd be very surprised (and a little disappointed) if they don't release seasons 7 & 8 in one package.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll do the same. I wish I could also buy season three of "Step by Step" and season eight of "Alice" right now, but that would cost too much and I hate buying myself stuff so close to Christmas. Especially when I haven't finished shopping for others.

I got all my Christmas shopping done but I just might not have any food to eat for the rest of the month if they keep releasing all these at one time...haha. I’m hoping January is a release-free month.

On Facebook, I asked if the next "Perfect Strangers" DVD release will be both seasons 7 & 8 together, and they replied with "Yes. The next release would include the final two seasons."

So we don't know when it's coming out yet, but we don't have to worry about them splitting up those seasons.

Thanks for the wonderful news! I can't wait for the whole show to be available, we've all waited so long!

God bless you always!!!

I'm assuming the final release will be in either January or February of next year to complete the series.

And following that, I bet there will be a re-issue of the Season 1 and 2 set, and also a complete series set later next year.
