"Heather" is Heather McAdam, who played Alex Lambarti on four episodes of FOL.

Ohh, if it's marked with the actress's name. But you'll notice all the other pieces are marked with character names, alleging there was a "Heather" in at least 1 episode. Could an "extra" on the set have been a "Heather"? Or a "pre-Jenny"-type girl? Hmmm....

Another possibly is that whoever sewed the name on the uniforms could have gotten the actress and character's names confused by accident. They could have had a 3rd party school uniform maker create these and the employees could not have known the show. It was just another school uniform to them.
