I remember last year being in Wal Mart just before Black Friday was starting and there was someone doing something similar giving this like big pep speech that and doing like, clapping chants hyping themselves up. It was something to stumble upon.

It's something to be a part of, I'll tell you that much. It's something I'm glad I can say I experienced once, but I'm not sure about every year.

I just thought it was hilarious that random photos of that exist on the internet somewhere. One of my friends from work found it and showed me last year.

I sort of had my moment like that today when I was getting my haircut. I have an older lady who cuts my hair and there was this older woman I'm guessing in her 80's waiting to get her hair done after me. They started talking about Thanksgiving and asked me about various stuff about it which lead to talking about traditions and whatnot. It made me a little sad talking and thinking about my great grandmother and the hand she used to have in a lot of those but at the same time, it made me realize sometimes in how cold of a world we live that just a light hearted caring chat like that is still out there, especially at this time of the year. Things change a lot and not always in good ways but at the heart of it, I truly do appreciate being able to share a tradition like this with you guys and even as Thanksgiving changes and family members get older and have other priorities than coming, just being able to know there's always a support system there during the hard times and someone to spend them with. I hope you know that we always have your back TF and regardless of the obstacles that we face, will hopefully always have this tradition and I'm sure my net will always be to hinder me every year too, I expect nothing less .

Thanksgiving hasn't been the same without my Grandmother either so I know what both of you guys mean. Always detirmined to have the best one possible.

And this tradition of our's isn't going anywhere.

For sure. I'll always cherish those moments more now that those days are over, and I'll appreciate stuff like this even more. Very well said.

Trust me, if this was not an important tradition to me, I would not be awake right now.
