The Diane era or Rebecca era? I like both, but if I have to pick, it’s the Rebecca era.

I don't find the Diane character to be funny or all that interesting. Plus during the Rebecca era there was more focus on all of the characters as oppose to the Diane era where a great deal of the focus was just on Sam and Diane.

I agree. Rebecca was a funnier character and that era was more of an ensemble comedy than the Diane years.

When I first started rewatching, I was eager for Rebecca... I remembered her eps for clearly from growing up. But I was surprised that it was Diane who truly brought the nostalgia.
