There's Cpl. Max Klinger and Screech from SBTB dressed up in one episode, and I think that I remember the boys from Happy Days donned female nighties in one episode.

Are there others,besides a cop going undercover?

Three’s Company: Jack Tripper is dressed as an older lady in “Grandma Jack”.

Barney dressed as a cleaning woman once on "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW" to expose security flaws at the bank and once to expose a gambling ring at Floyds barber shop.

Would Max Baer as Jethrine on "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" count?

There was an episode of Diff'rent Strokes where Conrad Bain dressed as a woman, his relative.

Boy Meets World: In "Chick Like Me" Cory and Shawn are dressed as girls while working on a school newspaper article. Cory is Cora and Shawn is Veronica.

Boy Meets World: In "What A Drag!" Eric and Jack dress up as women to hide from another college student. Eric is Chantal DuBois, a shy French girl, and Jack is Lala Nelson, a recovering drug addict.

There was an episode of Gilligan's Island where Gilligan dressed up like a girl. In the clip I saw years ago he would say "I'm not going to dress up like a girl and you can't make me."
