Default Pushed Way Down

Because nobody seems interested in replying to the last thread that I posted, I have decided to return to a topic that I wrote about a while back. You see, at this point, it seems as if the most popular page for people to post on is the "Facts of Life". It is virtually impossible to keep up with the constant posting on that page! Over a week ago, somebody posted a message about episodes when the character of Blair would wear boots. I could not believe my eyes when I saw this thread! I found it hard to believe that someone other then me would start a thread about something like this. I responded to this thread by writing about how beautiful I thought she looked in boots and how her appearance in boots measured up to the appearance of Julie from this series. I then came over to this page to tell you guys about it. This got replies from a couple of people, but then the novelty wore off. Well, on that page, it has been ten days since anyone has posted on that particular thread. Newer posts have pushed that thread down to about the middle of the page. By the way, another page in which I started a thread about this topic is "Will and Grace". I posted one called "As Good as Blair". On this thread, I wrote about the "Facts of Life" thread and said that I thought that Grace from that series looked about as good in her boots as Blair from "Facts of Life" looked in hers. That thread did not get any replies. A few other posters have started threads on that page since I last posted mine.

We are just enjoying talking about FOL, and if you write anything about FOL, I'm very likely to respond within 24 hours. I've been on a FOL binge for a couple of years, now, and enjoy talking with people about the show, which is one of my all-time faves.

Blair does look good in boots. It may have been an influence from when Lisa lived in Texas, or just the style at the time. But Lisa definitely looked comfortable in boots.

When I first approached this topic, I mentioned how I felt that Blair measured up to such females as Grace from "Will and Grace", Julie from "Gimme a Break!" and all three of the babes from "Friends". Are you at all familiar with any of these other chicks? If so, what do you think of the way that they look in boots?

I think Jennifer looked amazing in boots, on Friends.

I don't recall Lisa K ever wearing boots on Friends.

Courteney looked ok in boots:

Do you ever watched "Will and Grace"? If so, what do you think of the way that Debra Messing's character of Grace looks in boots?

I was thinking about what you wrote about not remembering Lisa Kudrow's character on "Friends" as having ever worn boots. Well, earlier this evening, I was over on Netflix and I watched the episode called "The One Where Chandler Gets Caught". This episode is from the 10th and last season. For the duration of this episode, Lisa's character (Phoebe) wore a skirt with a pair of maroon leather boots that I thought looked sort of Western. She looked pretty good in them. If I come across any more episodes in which she is wearing boots, I will let you know.

That's true. Jennifer even looked good in the episode where she just wore a robe (the episode where Ross tries to rush her to get ready for a paleontology event).
