That is pathetic Friends will be airing 6 hours a day. That is a full 25% of the schedule. TBS used to be good to Seinfeld but they are treating it like garbage now. Let other network have it that will use Seinfeld more.

Just take Seinfeld off the schedule and replace it with another show, particularly an old one.

They have to let another network have the rights though. Just sitting in the TBS basement does not do networks that could use Seinfeld any good. It is like Cheers being forever buried in the 4AM hour on Hallmark, if they gave up the rights a different network could use it that would actually treat it right. They also waste Frasier forever now from 1-4AM, could at least let another network have daytime rights.

What network would you see Seinfeld being on? Frasier can be removed from Hallmark, because it's already on Cozi TV, but not sure where Cheers would go to.

Cozi is not widely available, my area does not have an affiliate. There are hundreds of networks out there, surely some of them could use Frasier, Seinfeld, Cheers, etc. OWN is mostly reality/talk but airs sitcoms Benson and 227. You never know where a good sitcom could pop up, even on a network that doesn't usually have them.

Then I'm not sure where Cheers would go then if Cozi isn't widely available.

I really wish they'd move Seinfeld back to 7 pm. I don't even know what dreck they put on at that time now.

Seinfeld would probably work on TV Land. They could put it on in the early evening, and ditch MASH. There are more than enough places to watch that.

You might want to check your local affiliate listings to see which of them airs Seinfeld. It is the only 90s sitcom that still remains in national broadcast syndication. My CW affiliate airs it at good times of 10:30PM and 11PM weeknights, and the 10PM hour on Saturdays.

The problem with TV Land is their often off the clock schedule. I would prefer a network that airs it at normal times. I could see Seinfeld on WGN, and there are probably others that would be interested if TBS ever relinquished the rights.

It airs locally at 10/10:30 pm, on a local sub-channel. It was just convenient to put it on TBS at 7.

You have a great point about TV Land and off-the-clock.

Seinfeld happens to air on a local channel here, but the only times that the show is on are 11:00 and 11:30 at night.

Married...With Children seems to be moving over to WGN this fall. I keep Seeing commercials for it when I’m watching WGN.
