That is rather astounding. I'm guessing that she and Bruce changed their names to hide, and were likely out of the US for at least a time.. But the fact that they could hide their true identity for so long is incredible.

If I had to guess.. Bruce might have passed away and when she hit retirement age, perhaps there were some hospital visits, or perhaps Bruce getting aged, there were hospital visits due to that which uncovered their true identities.

That was added AFTER this post was created. I detest things like that because there's no source. You can add anything to a Wiki page but it needs to have a source or otherwise it's questionable as to if it really happened.

There are sources at the bottom of the page. You can click on them and see that the case is resolved. Legally you are only allowed to know that she is alive and safe, whatever her story is will not be public knowledge unless she chooses to share it.

That UM wiki is in serious need of maintenance between the poor spelling/grammar and case inaccuracies.
