After rewatching on Antenna TV, my vote still goes to that cutie pie Dwayne!!!

The best actors Earnest Thomas and Mabel King. No one else even close. Rerun was slap stick funny. Decent actor. Dwayne was a decent actor as well, neither were trained or as good as Earnest. Dee was the one-liner. Not a great actress. But she was the Darlene (from Roseanne) of her day. Shirley was the Roseanne (of her day), not a actress. Really just a standup comedian transplanted into a sitcom.

But I totally had a crush on Dwayne. It didn't matter to me that he was an airhead, and he looked even cuter in What's Happening Now.

Dwayne was very cute, not a great actor, but I loved his contribution to the show. The best actors were Roger, Mama and Bill Thomas.

Oh yeah!!! He was cute on What's Happening, but a little more grown up on What's Happening now he REALLY was hot!!!
