Finally saw this episode and was amazed. I would have never expected the Governor and Benson to go at it like that, you forgot at times it was a sitcom rather a political drama. Robert Guilluame and James Noble killed it. As much as I like both characters, Benson should have ran it with the Governor first. I also liked how Clayton took a rwre moment of charge (even though it somewhat failed) Thoughts on this episode?

Yeah, Benson and the governor butted heads a lot in the last 2 seasons, although they always made up in the end. Actually, the Gov seemed grouchier, for some reason.
As a Clayton fan, I found seasons 6 and 7 hard to watch... |

It was interesting to finally see it all the way through (on the FamNet channel a few years ago). But the first 3 seasons were the best, in my opinion.

True I Thought the show found itself during the late 2nd to 3rd season. But a lot of great episodes came during the fifth and sixth in my opinion. Speaking of Clayton thoughts on his breakdown in Jung at Heart? |

Well, it was handled in true sitcom fashion, so...not very realistic. Kind of a shame that they turned the character into such a neurotic mess (just to make Benson look triumphant?). I liked it better when Clayton would match wits with Benson. By season 7, his behavior was just plain grating, and although he had opportunities to change, he refused. It was sad to see him sink so low.
