Okay, either my memory is failing me or this was something that really occurred on the show. I remember it being one of the more hilarious moments.

I recall it as Bringles. The commercial jingle went something like this:

If you like butter
We do butter better
Bringle's Better Butter in a can (Ooh La La)

Jonathan dated the girl who said the "ooh la la" in the commercial in Season 1, Ep 11 "Communication." She only speaks French so he doesn't understand a word she says. Predictably, she turns out to be a racist.
