Odd tiny laugh track in the California shows

Is anyone else watching the California shows opening the final season of this show on Antenna TV? The laugh track sounds like it's only made up of 3 guys! And they only laugh at certain parts here and there, so many jokes fall "flat" because the track doesn't laugh at the punch lines or sight gags---it's so weird! lol

I noticed this too. Many of the scenes were on the beach, so I can understand them not having a laugh track for those scenes. But even with the indoor scenes, the bad laugh track was very random. There were moments during an obvious joke where the "audience" was completely silent. Then the laugh track would suddenly reemerge a couple jokes later. it was not put together well at all.

Exactly---and when the "laugh track" was there, it only sounded like 3 or 4 guys way in the back. So odd...
