Hmmm...where to begin? I like the one where Elaine goes out with Louie to end the strike, and she dresses in every stitch of clothing she owns! I also like the one where Louie turns the storage closet into a bomb shelter, and also the one where Jim buys all of the TV sets, and watches the "Delawarian-Delawarite" hearing. And, of course, the one where Latka makes the drug cookies and hallucinates that he sees Famous Amos!

There are three episodes of the series that are my favorites:

1. When Jim comes to work for the cab company.

2. Latka assumes the obnoxious alter-ego of Vic Ferrari.

3. Alex and his dog

Too many great eps! I was lil' when i watched it, so I always remember when famous Amos came to visit Latka when he was making pot brownies? Something like that.

My favorite episode is "Bobby's Big Break." The whole episode is great, and there is one scene I particularly love. Remember when Bobby read the script for the soap opera he was going to be in, and he realized that they wanted him to be a regular cast member on the show? You could just feel his joy, when he realized that he was going to be a full-time actor (although in the end, it didn't work out like he hoped it would)! But that scene was so heartwarming! I also loved Bobby's impersonation of Louie at the end of the episode. That was too funny!

I like the one where Louie tells Alex that he asked Alex's ex wife out. Alex gets so mad he runs to his ex wifes hotel room to tell her not to go out with Louie. Louie knocks on the door and Alex hides in the bathroom. Then Louie immediatly jumps in bed with his slimy, oily body and yellow t-shirt and the lady freaks out! (Woody Allen's ex wife Louise Lasser played this role.... Louise Lasser also starred in Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman.)

Notice how many of the good episodes had Jim in them? They hit all my favorites but the two part one where Ladka is unfaithfull and Simka has to do it with a co-worker is priceless. The scene with the marriage counciling session being observed by two ladies waiting for a bus was insane, as was the party to see who has sex with Simka- " you mean the way we elect our president?". I've waited years unsucessfully to use the line "peel me like a grape so I can get out of here".
The episode where Louie goes back home to his mom, using his real mother to play the part instead of the worn out habit of having the actor dress in drag and play the mother was another of my favs.

"Latka's cookies" is another classic episode. When Alex discovers that there is Cocaine in Latka's homemade cookies and the gang does crazy things after eating them. Bobby starts doing ballet, Alex laughs uncontrollably, Tony has inhuman strength and Elaine finds Louie to be sexy. Even Jim snorts the cookie crumbs!
