Mila Kunis said she had no idea they did that until after it was released.

Not related to this, but have you've seen any of "From Dusk till Dawn: The Series"?

I also have to catch up on "Ash vs. Evil Dead".

That seems to happen quite a bit with sequels, or they're re released as a sequel years later, or in other countries, like with The Horror show being released outside America as House III.

Sounds like I didn't miss anything with that sequel.

I've seen a handful of eps of From Dusk Till Dawn and liked them, been meaning to check out the entire series.

I love Ash Vs Evil Dead, haven't seen the 3rd season yet, but own the first and second. Definitely made up for the awful remake/reboot/sequel thingy. Though if they had done the crossover movie with Ash and the girl from the remake I probably would have watched it.

I haven't seen part 2 yet, I think I passed since it didn't have James Woods. I didn't even know there was a 3rd one until you had posted about watching it.

There is a box set out there that features the 3 films, so that last one is officially part of the series.

It has no real connection at all with the others. They do a little homage by briefly featuring the classic way the hunters kill the vampires w/ the cable pulling them into the sunlight. That's it.

Ah thanks, I'll probably pass on that one.

A franchise I overlooked was Full Moon's Killjoy. I've seen all but the most recent Psycho Circus w/ Robin Sydney.

Killjoy
Killjoy 2: Deliverance from Evil
Killjoy 3
Killjoy Goes to Hell
Killjoy's Psycho Circus

And I guess it does count, there's also the Hannibal Lecter films which I have all seen:

The Silence of the Lambs
Hannibal
Red Dragon / Manhunter
Hannibal Rising

I haven't seen the newest one either. I like Trent Haaga, haven't seen all the films he's written, but love Deadgirl and Cheap Thrills. Haven't seen all the films he acts in, but I've enjoyed Suburban Nightmare, Bonnie & Clyde vs. Dracula, and of course his Troma stuff.

Some films and their sequels I've been curious about...

Mary Horror (2011)
Sheriff Tom Vs. The Zombies (2013)
Witches Blood (2014)

Hayride Slaughter (2001)
Hayride Slaughter II (2003)

Have already watched Amityville: No Escape (2016) a few months ago.
I've now watched all films with Amityville in the title. My favorites are The Amityville Horror 1-3, Amityville 1992: It's About Time, Amityville: A New Generation, and The Amityville Terror.

Least favorite would be Amityville: Vanishing Point, a painful experience.

Forgot to add this to my above list, don't think the franchise has a name but the films are:

Brides of Blood (1968)
Mad Doctor of Blood Island (1968)
Blood Devils (1970)
Brain of Blood (1971)
Can now add The Amityville Horror franchise to my completed list.
