This is an animated series, done to look like the Timm Bruce, Batman: The Animated Series. It has that look and feel to it, though it features Dick Tracy and all the oddball gangsters he's fought. The show takes place back in the 30s.
Here's the Cast: Dick Tracy Sam Catchem Chief Brandon Tess Trueheart The Kid Here's the Season One Episode Guide: Episode 1. However, once they arrive at the deli (where her father works) The Brow has just murdered Mr. Trueheart. Within a couple weeks, Tracy joins the plainclothes unit of the Police department. Just as the three gangsters are about to kill Tracy, Sam Catchem comes to the rescue with the full police squad to back him up. I'm editing a lot of this thread, so I have some threads empty. I'll post, maybe a complete episode list here. I haven't decided how many seasons to have yet.

I'm editing posts I did with episodes on them, because I'm doing this over again. It's the same episodes, but in one post per season. Therefore, I have a lot of leftover posts. I'll fill them later.

Okay, so I'm bringing this back. I'll finish up season two, and there will be a cast change for season three. One of the main characters will die. I won't say who, although you can bet it's not Dick Tracy.
