One thing I have noticed since I started watching Password Plus in 1979 is that it's the first version that doesn't utilize a word authority to judge the clues. In the first two versions, Allen Ludden would say "When you hear this sound (BUZZ!) it means your clue has not been accepted by our authority (name)". Anyone notice that?
