I don't even get the point of the new guy. His disclaimer is weak and did we really need to add "Tonight on" to the latter seasons considering this is a streaming platform now? If the original elements didn't exist or couldn't be used they could have been left out.

The Scott Hill segment is missing, but the Alex Cooper one remains intact. Which is really odd.

Because the majority of the segment is now outdated. It wasn’t in the Farina version as well

Outdated how? I mean, she’s still missing and New Mexico is still here so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t include the case. Not sure how her case differs from Angela Hammond’s in that regard or any number of other missing persons.

In short, police don't believe either child is in the photo now and the boy to not be a victim of foul play at all. The entire segment is based around that photo.

And a great deal of the segment also revolves around Michael Henley, whose remains were found shortly thereafter. It's possible that his family requested the segment not be shown anymore, as he was no longer missing. I don't recall seeing the case in syndication on Lifetime, either.

Yup. That's the perils of making a show about unsolved mysteries, they get solved in ways the original theories never suggested.

It would be nice if they could edit the segment to focus on Tara and maybe show the photo at the end as a footnote, since it’s somewhat relevant to the case only due to history (I’ve always been skeptical of that photo). Tara and her family deserve justice and closure.
