I really enjoyed this chapter, Billie.

Seeing how much Blair cares about Jo is very touching. Also, how Jo is a bit aloof during the interviews is really in character for her since she always tended to shut herself off emotionally when she was in pain. Mrs. Smithers actually sounds like the name of someone who would work in an adoption agency.

Thanks so much. It was never my intent to abandon this fic, I just never seem to have the time to write. I haven't been on the site in a long time either. I will try to get to some writing later and update soon! I appreciate having a new reader.

Thanks! I can't believe it has been so long since I've written anything on this story. It's always been one of my favs and I'm not sure why I never finished it. I'll try to find time soon. I have the whole thing outlined so it's just a matter of finishing it up! I didn't realize anyone new was reading it.

Well thanks for taking the time to read it. I know I shouldn't have left it unfinished. I hate when I start to read an old fanfic, get into it, and then discover it isn't complete. Sorry about that!
