I was watching Antenna TV and saw this slate and was pleasantly surprised to see "The Hogan Family" included in what's coming in 2017. I'm not sure exactly when, but definitely something to look forward to.

I faithfully watched and recorded every Episode on NBC from the very beginning of the series. I'm so happy to see it finally coming back to television!

It's on from 8-10 EST tonight. I missed the opening, but will watch the one coming up. I guess it replaced the "Valerie" show title during the opening credits with "The Hogan Family," as they are showing the Valerie Harper episodes.

About time it's on, like, as with "Head of the Class," it was announced more than a year ago.

Edit: Title still shows as "Valerie," so they didn't I back and change the title of the VH era to THF. Makes it confusing to the unaware, as the schedule lists it as THF.

Yes, that is interesting that they are using "Valerie" as the title. I remember back in the 90's when the show first went into syndication. I was so stoked about that. I called and talked to the programmer of that station, which was a Fox affiliate. She told me the name had been changed on all of the episodes to "The Hogan Family".

So, it is strange to see the original name on the episodes starring Valerie Harper. I haven't seen any of the ones with Sandy Duncan on Antenna TV yet. Unfortunately, the show airs at a bad time of day in my area and I haven't been able to catch it as much as I would like.
