Top row - Wally Cox, Rose Marie, Tony Randall
Center row - Pearl Bailey, Paul Lynde, Arte Johnson & Ruth Buzzi (as Tyrone and Gladys)
Bottom row - Charlie Weaver, Charo, Redd Foxx

That's mostly good but I'd make a few changes. I don't remember seeing Pearl Baily on the show. I'd replace her with Karen Valentine, who I used to have a crush on. I'd also replace Arte Johnson & Ruth Buzzi, even though I loved them on Laugh-In, Hollywood Squares was not for them. I'd also replace Charo, who got to be annoying after a while. I'd say that instead I'd pick George Gobel and Totie Fields.
