This is great! I had completely forgotten about this show until I came over to this section looking for Seinfeld and Frasier. I used to watch this show all the time, but just like the article says it's kind of unmemorable. I was wondering about the redheaded boy and then I realized that I was combining this show with the one about kids at camp. I think it was called Salute Your Shorts. I didn't realize that Christine Taylor was in this show. I just remember being annoyed by Melody. She seemed like a goody-goody. I also remember thinking that Brad was a weird name for a girl. I had no idea that Danny was meant to be a Native American, lol. I don't recall any of the episodes with his family eating fry bread-and I would have remembered that because I happen to love fry bread. The article is totally nailed the blandness of this show. I wanted to like it back then, but just never got into it. I was probably 13 when it aired, so I definitely would have been their target audience. I think the story lines were just boring. I do remember thinking that it was cool that these kids didn't live at home. |
