The first time we saw the Muppet Babies was in a flashback scene in the 1984 movie The Muppets Take Manhattan singing the song I'm Gonna Always Love You and based on that successful and cute scene CBS debuted the Muppet Babies animated cartoon series in the fall of 1985 that featured many of the Muppet characters as cute babies and was produced by Marvel Productions/Sunbow Productions and Jim Henson Productions. Muppet Babies also featured the biggest names in the sitcom world providing the voices of some of the Muppet Babies characters including Full House's Dave Collier as Animal Howie Mandel and Leave It To Beaver star Barbara Billingsley provided the wonderful and soothing voice of Nanny. It's a surprise that Muppet Babies became so popular during the 80's and it's no wonder why it's considered one of the popular 80's cartoons of people's childhood who grew up in the 80's

Did you know that Disney is bringing The Muppet Babies back in 2018? I read they are getting a new show:

I loved everything about The Muppet Babies! I was a kid at the time, but I was already watching reruns of "Leave it to Beaver" and was familiar with Barbara Billingsley's voice. I thought it was so cool she was the voice of "Nanny."

Disney is gonna have a new Muppet Babies cartoon to debut next year? That's amazing because I watched Muppet Babies as a toddler and thought it was such a cute cartoon and I even had a set of Muppet Babies picture books that were part of a Muppet Babies book club and it came with a Muppet Babies tote bag. Do you also remember when Muppet Babies also had clips of shows and movies such as Teen Wolf Too and Star Wars in some episodes? That was also very cool too

Muppet Babies actually premiered in September 1984 and the premiere of the cartoon and appearance in Muppets take Manhattan was planned to coincide with each other. Not a surprise why it was so popular- its the Muppets.

muppet babies was my favorite cartoon tv serise growing up!! i hope the new tv show is good!! they keep rebooting all theses great cartoon tv serise from the 1980's to 1990's!! any one else noticed they keep rebooting cartoons form the 1980s to 1990's? i if muppet babies ever came out on blu ray or dvd i would buy it right away!!
