When will the dukes of hazard return to tv ??? If so what channel do u think would be good

It's back on tv January 5th on cmt at 2pm with a marathon and then every weeknight at 8 pm.

Dylan Roof single-handedly killed the show by displaying the Confederate flag on a social media website,making all of a sudden the Confederate flag a symbol of being a racist. There is nothing racist about The Dukes of Hazzard.

By the end of month that Dylan Roof was seen on the website with the Confederate flag,TV Land made the decision to pull The Dukes of Hazzard since the General Lee has a Confederate flag painted on it
roof.

This show being pulled is a case of political correctness being taken too far.

To get the show back on TV,they would have to edit out the Confederate flag and maybe the name General Lee off the roof of there car and maybe edit out the reference of General Lee on all the episodes.

It would be a bold move to get this back on TV and it could be done.

The media did not have a problem with The Dukes of Hazzard and there was no controversy at that time about the show,TV Land was probably scared there would be a problem and pulled the plug on the show since they probably thought they would lose advertisers.
