"Leaving Philly" is a sitcom about Cory Matthews, Topanga Lawrence-Matthews, Shawn Hunter, and Eric Matthews living in New York City, after leaving Philadelphia. Cory is no longer the main character, he is just as much as a main character as Eric, Shawn, and Topanga in this new sitcom. Cory and Topanga are still married, Shawn and Cory are still best friends, Eric and Cory are still close brothers. Cory, Shawn, Topanga, and Eric all live together in one 3-bedroom studio apartment. They all work together as a part of the staff of the "Royal Manhattan Hotel". Topanga is one of the hotel's receptionists, Shawn is one of the hotel's handymen, Eric is one of the hotel's cooks, and Cory is one of the hotel's bellhops (a person who brings luggage to the rooms). A fellow co-worker of theirs, Michelle Kinnely (Kelly Preston) befriends the gang. Michelle is another receptionist and works with Topanga often. Michelle and Topanga become friends. Michelle is an single mom of a 10 year old boy, Jake (Frankie Ryan Manriquez). Cory, Topanga, Shawn, Eric, and Michelle's uptight, rich boss, Frank Larken (Patrick Duffy) also owns the whole, entire "Royal Manhatten Hotel".

Episodes

Ep1: Pilot Episode:
The four friends start their first day at the Royal Manhatten Hotel. Topanga forms a bond with Michelle, who reveals her secret of being a single mom of her son, Jake.

Ep2: Too Many Cooks In A Kitchen:
Frank looks into laying off a cook after learning four cooks is too many. Eric fears he will be the one laid off, due to him being the last hired. Yet Frank ends up firing a fiesty and moody cook, Hannah (Alyson Hannigan). Eric feels bad for Hannah being fired, until he learns Hannah is able to become a maid at the hotel. Cory and Topanga decide to babysit Jake for Michelle.

Ep3: Topanga Wants A Child:
Topanga decides she is ready to have a kid and goes off birth control without Cory knowing, she ends up feeling guilty and tells him. Cory is shocked and fears he is not ready to be a dad at age 20. Shawn finds himself attracted to Michelle, but is afraid to act upon it-in fear of hurting little Jake.

Ep4: Hannah and Eric Get Locked In:
Eric bonds with Hannah after Hannah and Eric get looked in the janitors closet for overnight. Hannah shares a personal secret with Eric-that she fears commitment and was engaged twice and both times left her fiancees at the alter. Shawn's not-so-secret crush on Michelle is obvious to Topanga and Cory, who coax him into talking to her.

Ep5:Michelle Goes Out With Shawn:
Michelle and Shawn go out for coffee. Shawn realizes she doesn't want a relationship now and he accepts it. He tries to put his feelings aside as he and Michelle decide to just become friends. (He is actually okay with it). Cory and Topanga plan a romantic night away from Shawn and Eric, they end up being interrupted by Eric's constant calls to their cell phones.

Ep6: Hands Off:
Hannah's former fiancee, Mark (Danny Masterson) returns in hope of getting back with her. Eric feels threatened and wants to keep Hannah to himself and is afraid to tell her =he likes her. Hannah and Mark go out , Eric spies on them with Cory and Shawn's help. Hannah catchs the three spying, and learns Eric's real feelings. She dumps Mark for Eric. Meanwhile, Topanga takes a home pregnancy test in hope of it being positive--results were negative.

Ep7: The Philly Sister:
Cory and Eric's teenage sister, Morgan pays a week long visit (as she has the week off of school). Morgan hangs out with Topanga, Eric, Cory, and Shawn. Morgan sees Shawn and is suddenly attracted to him (during her visit) all of a sudden. Eric and Cory find out about Morgan's crush on Shawn, and become overprotective. Shawn tells the guys he wouldn't go out/do anything with her/to her, since she is like a sister to him as well.

Ep8: Poor Little Jakey:
Michelle learns Jake has been hit by a car during recess at school. Michelle begs Frank to let her off for the day to see her injured son. Frank refuses, out of rage-she quits and leaves to see her son. The gang talks Frank into letting Michelle have her job back, then they visit Jake and Michelle. Michelle tells the gang (and Frank) that Jake's condition is a "touch-and-go" situation. Michelle is comforted by the four friends.

Ep9: The Bad News:
Jake takes a turn for the worst and dies with his mom by his side. Michelle is sobbing for days. Topanga comfronts her, as she offers to lend herself and the three guys to help Michelle with the funeral arrangements. Frank gives Michelle a raise in pay due to her son being dead.

Ep10: The Return Of Michelle's Ex:
Michelle's ex/Jake's long absent dad, Greg (Scott Baio) shows up with his new wife, Tracey (Lori Loughlin). Greg and Tracey step in and want to help planning stuff-Jake's grave plot. Michelle is furious, Topanga helps Michelle out with her ex and new wife. Shawn gets asked out by the new maid at the hotel-Renee (Soleil Moon Frye). Renee and Shawn go out and hit it off great.

Ep11: Bye Bye Hannah Darling:
Hannah tells Eric she is leaving NYC to move in with her brother in California. Eric decides to go with her, but Hannah lies and gives him the wrong time that her flight is leaving for CA. {like her plane leaves an hour before the time she told Eric, hinting that she didn't want him to come with her}. Cory and Shawn console Eric, by taking him out to a strip joint. Cory and Shawn learn the next morning that Eric spent the night with the stripper, Amber (Elisa Donavon).

Ep12: Double Date:
Shawn invites Topanga and Cory out to eat with him and Renee. Cory and Topanga like Renee and see how much they are good for each other. Meanwhile, Eric and Amber await Amber's results of her pregnancy test-results are negative. Michelle wants to make a scrapbook of her deceased son's memories, but can't do it without crying.

Ep13: Frank's Ex:
Frank's wealthy and spoiled ex-wife, Hillary (Bette Midler) pays a visit and demands her share of the hotel and its profits. Frank won't let Hillary have her share, Hillary threatens to sue. To avoid a lawsuit, Frank lets her become co-owner of the hotel. Shawn buys Renee a promise ring, Renee loves it yet feels guilty for not having a gift for him.

Ep14: Amber's Boy Friend?:
Amber confesses to Eric that she has a boyfriend, yet she slept with Eric. Eric's heart and feelings are crushed to a pulp. Topanga picks up the pieces after Amber "dumps" Eric. Eric pretends everything is fine when around Cory and Shawn, but breaks down when around Topanga, Michelle, or Renee.

Ep15: The Temptations:
Hillary and Frank get into another fight, causing Hillary wanting to make Frank regret it. Hillary flirts and flaunts herself onto Eric (literally). Eric is flattered yet confused (why all of a sudden). Frank is not amused by Hillary's flirting and flaunting with Eric. Frank threatens Eric to quit seeing Hillary (he isnt seeing her, she is seeing him) or he will get fired. Topanga, Cory, Shawn, Renee, Michelle, and Hillary confront Frank. Frank and Hillary make up in their own special way.

Ep16: It's Renee's Birthday:
It is Renee's 21st Birthday. Shawn wants to throw a big party for her with Eric, Cory, Topanga, Michelle, and other employees at the hotel. Frank at first is not a fan of the idea yet Hillary loves the idea. Hillary changes Frank's mind into letting them have the party for Renee. Renee ends up attending her surprise party-where she and Shawn confess to each other, that they love each other.

Ep17: Visit From Philly:
Jack and Rachel (Matthew Lawrence and Maitland Ward) pay the four a visit, with news of their engagement. Jack and Rachel invite Topanga, Cory, Eric, and Shawn to their wedding. Yet they also invited Angela as well. Shawn is reminded of Angela and starts to reminicize the good times with her. Cory reminds him that he has Renee now, Shawn soon forgets about Angela. The gang shows Rachel and Jack around NYC.

Ep18: Drinking Buddies:
Renee and Eric, the only ones 21 or older, go to the clubs and become drinking buddies. Shawn becomes worried Eric will steal Renee from him, until Eric has a heart-to-heart talk about him and Renee strictly being platonic friends and nothing more. Topanga goes to the doctor, thinking she is pregnant, but wants to know for sure before telling Cory. The doctor tells Topanga she is indeed 2 weeks pregnant.

Ep19: My Hubby Is Now A Daddy:
Topanga learns Cory that she is pregnant. Cory at first is speechless, yet gets used to the idea. Topanga and Cory tell Shawn and Eric (and Michelle and Renee) about their pregnancy. Michelle is reminded of her son after hearing Topanga's news, and she decides to go out to Jake's gravesite and have her lunch on his gravesite "with him".

Ep20: Michelle's Day Off:
Michelle takes the day off, but realizes she doesn't want to be alone during the holidays. Michelle spends Christmas with Shawn, Renee, Eric, Cory, and Topanga. Frank and Hillary decide to get remarried after being divorced for several years. To show they're happiness, they give all the Royal Manhattan Hotel employees raises for the holidays.

Ep21: Male Bonding:
Frank gets an invitation to participate in an annual indoor relay race in NYC. Frank is truly honored, yet is not in shape for a race and needs to find other teammates. Frank first asks-then bribes Cory, Shawn, and Eric into being his teammates and help him get in shape. (The three guys get in shape themselves as well). Hillary, Topanga, Renee, and Michelle watch the men run in the relay race and get...the second place.

Ep22: Back To Philly: Part One
Topanga, Cory, Eric, Shawn, and Renee fly to Philadelphia to visit Alan, Amy, Morgan, Josh, Jack, and Rachel and to attend the Hunter-McGwire wedding. Cory and Topanga share their news of expecting their first child-Alan and Amy are thrilled to death. Morgan gladly tells them she has gotten her license. Eric volunteers to have her drive him, yet he soon regrets it-when he realizes his sister is a little inexperienced even though she somehow got her license.

Ep23: Back to Philly: Part Two
The gang attends Jack and Rachel's wedding. At the reception, Jack and Rachel share their news of joining the Peace Corps after their honeymoon. Eric and Shawn are shocked incredibly. Shawn and the gang bumps into Angela at the wedding. Angela meets Renee (vice versa). Angela and Shawn put their past relationship and the hostility aside for the visit, and act civil towards each other.

I MUST find and watch this show "Leaving Philly"... but is it real? I went EVERYWHERE, google.com, imdb.com, etc, nowhere is there a trace of this show ever even existing except for this thread right here. WHERE can I get my hands on this show, does it even exist!?!
