Region 2 DVDs
Does someone know Region 2 dvds have closed captions?
I found out DVD box set doesn't have, but season 1 & 2 of Region 1 dvds have (based on sitcomsonline.com reviews) |

I would think that closed captioning is individual for each DVD. Different DVD regions cover different countries and different languages and it is based on cost.
