Richie and Potsie dressed up as girls to go to a party on a very early episode of Happy Days. There were similar jokes about guys being attracted to them.

Yes. I remember that. Then, when he finds out it's really Richie, he acts as if he knew it all along and just did it to "help" them.

I actually thought he looked like Ami Foster when she played Margaux Kramer on Punky Brewster.
