On this day thirty-three years ago, "Thirty Seconds Over Little Tokyo" was the last episode of "The Greatest American Hero" aired on ABC.

Four remaining episodes unaired by ABC--"Wizards and Warlocks," "It's Only Rock and Roll," "Desperado," and "Vanity, Says The Preacher"--were added to the rest of the series package when "The Greatest American Hero" went into syndication that autumn.

The complete series that includes those episodes has been released twice on DVD(Anchor Bay & Mill Creek) in the U.S. since 2005.
