What three Joanies? Susan Neher portrayed her on the Love, American Style episode pilot and Erin Moran played her on Happy Days and Joanie Loves Chachi.

You may be confusing Howard's niece K.C. Cunningham portrayed by future Wings co-star Crystal Bernard, who replaced Joanie while Erin Moran was starring in Joanie Loves Chachi for a year.

On the other hand, there were three Chucks: Ric Carrott on the Love, American Style segment, Gavan O'Herlihy in the first season of Happy Days and Randolph Roberts in a single appearance in the second season Christmas episode.

I've heard of 3 Three's Company pilots, 3 All in the Family pilots, 2 Barney Miller pilots, 2 different versions of the Hogan's Heroes pilot, a short presentation of Family Guy and of The Munsters plus two versions of The Munsters full-length pilot, but up to now I've never heard of another Happy Days pilot.
