I've been enjoying Grace Under Fire reruns on LAFF.

The big disappointment for me is that the original opening credits are not intact for the first three seasons. The issue obviously is the music rights, Aretha Franklin singing a cover of The Beatles' Lady Madonna has to up the cost of syndicating it.

Other than the original ABC run, has the original opening credits for seasons 1-3 ever been shown in reruns?

I remember when the show went into first run syndication in the late 90's, they used the Season 4-5 opening for the whole series. This was the case on WE and now on LAFF.

The big question is....will the original theme be intact on the upcoming complete series release?
