I loved hearing the various excuses for why they would show up at the house:


Hansen: "How old did she say she was?"
Perv: "21"
Hansen: "Want to try again?"
Perv: ........
Hansen: "It says here she said she was 12"
Perv: "Someone hacked my computer."

I remember him too! Specifically how much he howled when he was tased. I think even one of the police officers basically told him to shut up.

I agree: those guys are by far the most sickening.

My favorite is "Oh, I was coming here to warn her that she should be more careful on the Internet." Simultaneously lame AND scary.

Most of them say they are just there to "hang out" with their "friend" they met online. Was there ever any women featured on the show? I can't remember...

Yeah, and it makes you wonder about some of the guys that admit to actually seeing the show before WHILE CONTINUING to give that SAME excuse. Mental giants they typically are not.

I've never seen a woman on the show before.

Watched an episode today where a guy shows up and when Hansen comes out he goes, "Oh I knew what this was, I was just testing it out"...what an idiot! The guy was a volunteer at a church. My favorites are always the "religious" ones who get caught being anything but religious.

Here's an update on Ryan McIntosh. Not sure how many of you remember him, but he was the high-end dog boutique owner (whatever that is) who likes boys and likes 'em young. He was busted in the Fort Meyers, FL sting, and claimed he wanted to be a "mentor" and "big brother" to the kid he was going to have sex with. (sure). He was also one of the ones that had admitted to seeing the program before. He was sentenced to 404 days in jail for this offense, which occurred in 2006.

Well, he re-offended in 2008 (just one year after his release) for the same damn offense. Not long after that, he was arrested AGAIN for a DUI and damage to property. What a loser.

Yea I agree. How about the "Jesus Rocks" guy or the few guys who always try to bring religion into it when Hansen is questioning them?

Also, not sure if anyone has seen this or not, but Chris Hansen started a Kickstarter to get more episodes of "To Catch a Predator" filmed. Apparently it worked as he is currently shooting "Hansen vs Predator" and hopes to sell it to a network soon.
