This is a list of the bad traders, and their info.
As well as the notorious Bad Sellers/Scammers

Some bad traders change names, emails-
Some user their parents house, or childrens house.
Some use excuses---but whatever has happened, this list has dropped the ball so many times the community has become better off without them.

This is all of the information that could be put together at this time- but if you are aware of someone that should be on this list, notify one of the moderators. I can promise it will be looked into.
And, as well if there is a name that you disgaree with- contact us so we can evaluate the situation fairly.

It is through community communication lists like these are made, whether good or bad- the more we know we can use knowledge instead of caution in trading.

This person purchased an iOffer.com item from me: 1970s McDonald's Commercials on DVD with PayPal on 12/10/09. On 12/14/09 he filed a PayPal dispute of not receiving the DVD and called me a scam artist. I had already shipped out his order on 12/11/09 so it was still in the mail on it's way. Yesterday, he began posting negative comments to the listing page claiming to not have received it in only 3 days from the date he ordered excluding Sunday. He is also making purchases from my iOffer listings for the sole purpose of leaving negative comments.

Today he has yet again purchased more items from the listing and leaving negative comments to caution any potential customer not to by from me. I don't know why he's targeting me for slander, but I've done some research on Mario Pecora or "superfriends77" (which is his iOffer username) and have found that this isn't the first time he's done this. He has been scamming people since the 1990s under various names and email addresses but the mailing address remains he same.. in San Jose, California.

I have already shipped his DVD and now PayPal has withheld the funds, he probably received it by now.

No one posted his mailing address so I will, and also his phone number... I found this in the PayPal email I received when he ordered. I verified it and it's indeed his real phone number.

Hi, I wasn't sure if this was where to post this or not, but if not, please feel
free to correct me and refer me to the right location.

This doesn't necessarily apply to sitcoms for trading, but there is a web site
I need to warn people about.

It is called Classics 4 Lymphoma and is located in Las Vegas, NV.
They sell DVD sets of "retired" TV shows (series no longer being
aired on TV or in syndication reruns at present ranging from 40-60
years old not released by the studios or other legitimate owners to
the rights or otherwise not legally available).

According to the web site, the owner "Eli" is 30 and has "Stage 4
non-Hodgkins Lymphoma". Supposedly, he sells DVD's from his
collection of rare TV shows that he claims are in public domain
and not generally for sale in retail and the profits after DVD costs/
shipping, etc. go towards cancer patients like himself who can't
afford treatment.

I contacted this site and received a "free" DVD set of the late 60's
TV series Lancer as a "complete series" (all 51 episodes and rare
unaired 1968 B & W pilot) from the owner when I told him I had
researched his company and found negative feedback. He said
when I received it if I was satisfied I could pay him for it and
if not, I didn't have to pay him for it.

The set as it turned out was from broadcast TV VHS recordings.
Lancer specifically last aired in the US on USA Network in 1985-87.
The set from Classics 4 Lymphoma originated from 90's VHS recordings
and broadcast TV aired on Channel 12 Montreal, Canada. They were
in assorted conditions; opening credits with theme song started late,
end credits incomplete, show content edited, one episode incomplete, etc.
Overall I describe the quality as "fair"/"watchable"/"barely watchable".

Out of the goodness of my heart considering this as a worthy cause, I
then sent Eli $20 (Postal Money Order) by Certified Mail which he received.
I then decided to order another series, The Loner starring Lloyd Bridges
(1965) for $34.95 including shipping and sent him the balance of the
payment for Lancer which was $15.05. A total of $50 all together.
This was also sent on 12/30/2014 by Postal Money Order, which
according to USPS was later cashed by Eli's wife, Jenn McGuire
in January 2014.

After waiting the appropriate period of time for delivery, I received nothing
in the mail. All E-mail contacts to their only known E-mail address
(classics4lymphoma@outlook.com) went unanswered.
All requests for either merchandise or refund were ignored as was
a final letter mailed (Certified Mail) to the web site owners in February 2015.
If his story was true, I assume Eli had passed away since we last corresponded.
I seriously doubt now that any of it was ever genuine.

In the meantime, I had to order DVD sets of The Loner (20 episodes total
out of the 26 filmed) from two other sellers on selling sites who were honest
at an additional $45 expense and did receive those. I also submitted an
online complaint against this web site with the Better Business Bureau of
Southern Nevada (which had to date 11 complaints registered, all closed)
which informed me recently that they received no reply from the business
to their inquiry so my complaint likewise has since been closed.

I don't know if anyone else on this overall forum has ordered from this site
or not, but if not, buyer beware! It is definitely a SCAM! Take my word for it.
You will see neither your DVD's or money ever again.

What I ended up with was pretty much a $70.00 DVD set of Lancer the
complete series with inferior quality proving once again the old adage,
"You get what you pay for" (instead of the $46.95 C 4 L advertised
counting shipping costs).

Has anyone else ordered anything from this site and if so, what were
your experiences? I for one will never do business with it again.

I would be glad to hear from others regarding this subject.

I still suggest nobody do business with these people. Unreliable.
